Refund Policy

If you are considering cancellation of the marriage services provided by In Home Marry, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund based on the status of your marriage application. This is dependent upon what stage you are at as determined by the progress and work completed by our officiant(s).

For a full refund: In Home Marry may, at their discretion, provide a full refund if the marriage license has not been approved. We must have your cancellation information 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time for the ceremony.

Your deposit/payment can be held until that time you wish to use our service, simply let us know the new date of your ceremony via our Make an Appointment page on this website.

We do not issue partial refunds nor can we issue a refund of any amount if the ceremony has been completed.

In Home Marry, may, at their discretion, issue a full refund minus a $300 fee if you request to cancel your wedding application after your marriage license has been approved.

If your marriage license has been approved, but you no longer wish to use our services In Home Marry may, at their discretion, issue a full refund minus $400 fee. This is if you have requested a cancellation after we have scheduled your online wedding ceremony.

Payments for a marriage application will be automatically canceled after 45 days if we have not received your application details or any follow-up communication, either through email, chat or by phone.

Credit Card Transaction Fees: Be advised that PayPal does not refund transaction fees. The transaction amount will be deducted from any refund. The amount is typically between $4-$8 USD. This amount could be more determined by the international transaction and currency exchange, if any.
